5. Driver Requirements

5.1. Drivers must present a valid driver's license at the time of pickup.
5.2. Drivers must be at least 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may incur an additional fee.

6. Insurance and Liability

6.2. Renters are liable for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance.

7. Use of Vehicle

8. Fuel Policy

8.1. Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
8.2. Refueling charges apply if the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank.
